OF Ramón Laureano (left oblique strain)
Expected return: TBD
Laureano sat for two weeks before the Braves put him on the injured list with an oblique strain he suffered on June 26. The veteran outfielder will likely begin a rehab assignment after the All-Star break. His return to Atlanta’s roster could depend on whether the team acquires and outfielder before the July 30 Trade Deadline. (Last updated: July 10)
CF Michael Harris II (strain of the left hamstring)
Anticipated return: Late July Although Brian Snitker, the manager, stated that the center fielder is still a long way from being ready to be activated, Harris started light jogging drills on July 3. The week prior, Harris was given the all-clear to start hitting and throwing. He pulled his left hamstring in a game against the Rays on June 14. According to an MRI, he had a Grade 2 strain. Although the center fielder’s return date has not been announced by the Braves, it appears that he will not be available until after the All-Star break. (Updated July 3rd)
